6492 JOHNSTONTOWN RD Applied for ROW encroachment permit for Crown Castle

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, is planning to lay about 1,240 feet of new 2‑inch HDPE conduit with fiber and install two 24-by-36-by-24‑inch handholes at and along 6492 Johnstontown Rd (owner Purdom Edgar L. Jr. & J R). The right-of-way encroachment covers Johnstontown Rd and Johnstontown Dr between Johnstontown Rd and Morning Star Way, will require temporary sidewalk area closures, and is scheduled from 04/13/2026 to 08/12/2026 with Team Fishel as the permitting contractor for Crown Castle.
