8315 ASPEN AVE Encroachment Permit issued for pole work and curb lane closure
Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will close the northbound curb lane on Aspen Ave to work at 8315 Aspen Ave between W Pages Ln and Jerry Ln, replacing a utility pole, transferring lines, and removing the old pole. The job is scheduled for about March 18–April 15, 2026, notifications will be sent through NJUNS, and any cuts will be restored under the city's utility restoration policy; the property owner is Sandra Esparza Zepeda.
