1008 Bluegrass Ave encroachment permit issued for curb-lane sidewalk closures
Louisville Gas and Electric will perform overhead electrical work on one pole at 1008 Bluegrass Ave, with crews working on Bluegrass between Henry Ave and Peachtree Ave from March 18, 2026 to April 15, 2026. The issued permit (property owner Sara M. Butryn) allows closure of the eastbound curb lane and the southernmost sidewalk, notes no pavement cuts will be made, and lists Kaitlyn Downs and project engineer Ambreen Quereshi as contacts if neighbors have questions.
