200 Masonic Home Dr 205 encroachment permit for CSX railroad work
Who: CSX and Safety Services & Supply, Inc. (applicant Andrea D. Janka) have an emergency encroachment permit to do rail crossing work at 200 Masonic Home Dr., Unit 205; the parcel is owned by MHKY Real Estate LLC. Crews will temporarily close Metro Road between Frankfort Road and Johnson Hall Drive with detours and, per CSX guidelines, cut pavement, tear out blacktop, replace rail and repave the crossing as year‑end maintenance scheduled for May 4–9, 2026.
