7008 Sunny Vale Way applied for ROW encroachment permit

Team Fishel, working for Crown Castle, is planning a right-of-way encroachment to install about 1,396 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber and two 24"x36"x24" handholes at and around 7008 Sunny Vale Way (owner: Hatfield Charles). The work calls for excavation and temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures along Sunny Vale Way, Lochwick Way, and Moorewick Way, and includes a restoration plan. The project is slated to run from April 6, 2026 to August 5, 2026.
