6502 Johnsontown Rd Encroachment permit issued

Louisville Gas & Electric Company has an encroachment permit to close the eastbound curb lane on Johnsontown Rd to replace two utility poles between Inca Drive and Yuma Way near 6502 Johnsontown Rd. The property is owned by Landmark Independent Baptist Church, and crews plan the work March 16–April 13, 2026 with a curb-lane closure (no full road or sidewalk shutdown) and restoration of the area around the poles under the LMPW Restoration Policy.
