5400 Cooper Chapel Rd encroachment permit for curb lane closure and pole work

Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will close the eastbound curb lane on Cooper Chapel Road between Charleswood Road and Indian Falls Drive to perform a pole replacement, line transfer, and pole removal at 5400 Cooper Chapel Rd for property owner Ginthum Judy A; the work is scheduled March 17–April 14, 2026. Notifications will go through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS) and any cuts will be restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy, so expect one lane to be squeezed for a few weeks rather than full road or sidewalk closures.
