Louisville Gas and Electric is set to do some utility juggling near 3501 Colonial Springs Rd (work actually on Factory Ln between Colonial Springs Dr and Terrace Springs Dr) and has applied to close the westbound curb lane to perform a pole replacement, line transfer, and pole removal. The property is owned by the Frank & Laura Flint Living Trust, and the work is scheduled from March 17 to April 14, 2026. Notifications will be handled through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS) and any pavement cuts will be restored under the city’s utility restoration policy; there’s no full road or sidewalk closure planned.
