416 W Jefferson Street Encroachment Permit for LGE Electric curb lane closure
Louisville Gas & Electric Company plans to close the westbound curb lane on West Jefferson Street between S 4th and S 3rd to perform underground electrical work tied to 416 W Jefferson St. Applicant Derek Wilkins notes meters will be bagged, there are no pavement cuts to be restored, the work is a continuation of a prior permit with activity scheduled March 13–April 3, 2026, and the property is owned by Chase Met Buildings LLC.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
