1313 Lyndon Ln encroachment permit for pole installation
Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) plans to close the northbound curb lane at 1313 Lyndon Ln — a property owned by SMO Property Partners LLC — with work scheduled March 17 through April 14, 2026. Crews will excavate to install one new pole and perform a line transfer; cuts will be restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy and notifications for pole removal/line transfer will be handled through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS).
