7725 UPTON OXMOOR LN encroachment permit for geotechnical boring

Applicant 7NT Engineering (Sarah Sennet) will perform geotechnical soil borings in the grass right-of-way in front of 7725 Upton Oxmoor Lane as part of an MSD subsurface investigation on property owned by Upton Oxmoor Apartments LLC. The work is scheduled between March 16 and May 15, 2026, and may require temporary lane and sidewalk closures with MUTCD-compliant traffic control in place. Disturbed areas will be excavated for borings, then backfilled, graded to match existing contours, seeded and stabilized, and any paved surfaces restored to minimize impacts to vehicles and pedestrians.
