11000 Little Spring Blvd Encroachment Permit to repair irrigation system

Cory Rudolph of Greenscapes Lawn & Landscaping, Inc. has an encroachment permit to repair the subdivision’s irrigation system at two spots in Little Spring Farms, including work near 11000 Little Spring Blvd for the Little Spring Farm Community Association. All work will be done from the grass verge (no pavement cuts), with Metro-installed casing in place to help the repairs; a pre-construction meeting between the contractor, the HOA, and Metro is required before work resumes, and Metro says it will not take long-term ownership or maintenance of the lines. The work is scheduled to run from March 6 to June 5, 2026, so expect crews on the lawn rather than equipment in the street.
