1300 W Breckinridge St encroachment permit issued for LGE electrical work

Louisville Gas and Electric, via applicant Kaitlyn Downs, will perform overhead electrical work on two poles and make one 3' x 52' dirt cut to install underground cable near 1300 W Breckinridge St (work actually on S 13th St between W Breckinridge and Garland Ave). The project, for owner Kentucky Garland Realty LLC, includes closing the southbound curb lane and the western-most sidewalk from March 11–April 8, 2026, and notes restorations will follow LMPW policy—any damaged sidewalk panels must be replaced in full.
