5309 CITATION RD encroachment permit to close westbound curb lane, replace pole
Louisville Gas & Electric Company is planning work at 5309 Citation Road — a westbound curb lane will be closed between Dalton Drive and Ponder Lane so crews can replace one utility pole, scheduled for March 10–April 7, 2026. The spot around the pole will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy, and line transfer/pole removal notifications will be handled through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS).
