Lumos Fiber is planning to place an optical distribution cabinet and a 72" x 88" concrete pad in the city right-of-way at 6916 Woodrow Way, set 8 feet from the ROW and 8 feet from the existing pole between Whispering Hills Blvd and Green Manor Dr. Owner Kibiloski Floyd is listed for the property, the work will affect the lane, sidewalk, and shoulder (with a temporary sidewalk closure but no lane closure), is scheduled April 6–24, 2026 with work hours 8 AM–5 PM, and a restoration plan is attached; Milenium is the contractor on site.
