5509 Logwood Ave applied for encroachment permit to widen driveway to 20 ft
Leandro Ochoa Rodriguez has been issued an encroachment/curb-cut permit to widen the existing driveway at 5509 Logwood Ave to 20 feet and pave it with concrete. Work is slated to start March 4, 2026, with the permit window open through September 4, 2026, and includes a new curb cut to accommodate the wider driveway.
