2213 Patterson Ave encroachment permit submitted for lead replacement project

Louisville Water Company is replacing a public lead service at 2213 Patterson Ave (owner Carson Theodore P) with Basham Construction listed as the contractor for one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the south side of the street. The right shoulder and sidewalk will be closed while crews work, the road will be plated and reopened to traffic at the end of each shift, and the project—scheduled March 8, 2026 to April 11, 2026—includes mill-and-pave restoration curb-to-curb plus about 15 feet on either side; resident notices were sent on 3/3/2026 and Joseph Sloan and Terry Likens are listed as project manager and inspector.
