6614 MORNING STAR WAY issued for encroachment permit to repair gas leak

Kaitlyn Downs of Louisville Gas and Electric is scheduling a gas-leak repair at 6614 Morning Star Way that calls for a single 3' x 5' dirt cut to access the line. The job will close the eastbound curb lane on Morning Star Way between Johnsontown Drive and Evening Star Way with work planned March 10–April 7, 2026, and the trench will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy; the property is owned by Lawhorn Gerry.
