13030 AIKEN RD encroachment permit for curb lane closure and electrical work
Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will be performing overhead electrical work on one pole along Aiken Road at 13030 Aiken Rd, between North English Station Road and Avoca Road. The project — overseen by engineer Troy Morgan — will close the eastbound curb lane from March 10 to April 7, 2026, involves no pavement cuts and will be restored afterward; the property owner is Bayern I LLC.
