204 E MARKET ST submitted for MSD emergency sewer repair encroachment permit

S-Walk Inc., with applicant Paul Harbron, is handling an emergency sewer repair at 204 E. Market Street for owner University of Louisville Real Estate after a 6" VCP sanitary lateral collapsed and temporarily closed business activities.
