550 S 1ST ST sidewalk closure for cleaning and masonry work
Nick Bolton of BJB Inc. is requesting an encroachment permit to close the sidewalk at 550 S 1st St (on Chestnut Street between 1st and 2nd Street) so crews can safely do cleaning, caulking and other masonry work from boom lifts. The work on the RMHCK Real Estate LLC property is planned for March 16–30, 2026, and notes temporary parking on bagged meters but no lane or full road closures.
