9307 SISSONNE DR encroachment permit issued for curb lane closures and dirt cuts

Louisville Gas and Electric is doing emergency underground electrical repairs for owner Neely Heather D at 9307 Sissonne Dr, with work scheduled March 2–16, 2026. Crews will make four 3' x 5' dirt cuts along Sissonne Drive between Pirouette Ave and Happel Dr and will close the east- and west-bound curb lanes (not at the same time), with all digs to be restored under LMPW's utility restoration policy.
