4019 Produce Rd curb lane closure for aerial fiber overlash
Hutchins, working with Charter, will temporarily close the curb lane on Produce Rd between Poplar Level Rd and Jennings Ln to overlash aerial fiber to an existing strand near 4019 Produce Rd (owner: D Delta Enterprises Inc). The all-aerial work — no excavation or restoration — is scheduled for March 9–13, 2026 with mobile operations and short-term flagging; affected residents from 4655 Poplar Level Rd to 4019 Produce Rd will be notified in person and with dated door hangers one week before the work.
