Hutchins Telecom will temporarily close the eastbound curb lane on Poplar Level Road from 4632 Poplar Level Rd to 4656 Poplar Level Rd (and a westbound curb lane at 3900 Produce Rd) to overlash aerial fiber to an existing strand.
