4632 Poplar Level Rd encroachment permit issued for curb lane closures
Hutchins Telecom will temporarily close the eastbound curb lane on Poplar Level Road from 4632 Poplar Level Rd to 4656 Poplar Level Rd (and a westbound curb lane at 3900 Produce Rd) to overlash aerial fiber to an existing strand. The work is entirely aerial with short-term flagging and no digging or restoration expected, scheduled for March 9–13, 2026; owner Woodsmill Partners Ltd and residents from 4632 to 4700 Poplar Level Rd will be notified in person a week before crews arrive with dated door hangers.
