4610 Poplar Level Rd curb lane closure to install aerial fiber

Hutchins Telecom (on behalf of Charter) will close the curb lane on Poplar Level Road between Gilmore Lane and Produce Road — affecting properties from 4610 Poplar Level Rd to 4656 Poplar Level Rd — to overlash aerial fiber to an existing strand; the parcel at 4610 Poplar Level Rd is owned by Hetta LLC. The work is entirely aerial with no excavation or restoration, scheduled March 9–13, 2026 with mobile crews and short-term flagging, and affected residents will be notified in person with dated door hangers one week before work begins.
