1405 Hess Ln encroachment permit issued for LGE electrical work and lane closure

Louisville Gas and Electric is planning a westbound curb-lane closure on Hess Ln at 1405 Hess Ln (between Meadow Lark Ave and Bobolink Rd) from April 1–May 1, 2026 to replace four utility poles and perform overhead electrical work on one pole. The property owner is Bruce E. Clinard and LGE applicant Kaitlyn Downs is coordinating the work — there are no street cuts planned, restoration will follow the LMPW utility restoration policy, and line transfers/pole removals will be handled through the NJUNS notification system.
