815 S 45th St encroachment permit continuation for Garland Ave Ext 4

Louisville Water Company, represented by Chance Shely, has a continuation permit to install a new water main along Garland Ave between S 45th St and S 44th St that ties into the property at 815 S 45th St (owned by Michael and Wanda Holt). The work, performed by Seven Seas Construction, runs March 1–14, 2026, and will require road and sidewalk closures (roads will be plated and reopened at shift end) plus eight cuts including several 4'‑wide dirt and pavement cuts and a 4' x 125' sidewalk cut.
