13112 Scotts Gap Rd Emergency storm pipe repair

AllTerrain Paving & Construction (applicant Mike McLain) will perform an emergency storm pipe repair for MSD at 13112 Scotts Gap Rd, a property owned by Harrell Beau J. Crews will replace about 30 feet of 18-inch storm pipe across Scotts Gap Road, install a headwall and ditch box, flow-fill and concrete the excavation flush with the pavement, and return to mill and pave once asphalt plants re-open.
