559 S 4TH ST sidewalk closure to remove kiosk base and repair concrete

Outfront Media, LLC is planning to close half of the east (northbound) sidewalk on S. 4th Street to remove an unused downtown kiosk base and restore the pavement at 559 S 4th St. The work—for property owned by Power Encore LLC—will take place between S. Guthrie Street and W. Chestnut Street from about 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a vehicle staged at Guthrie, and crews say they can finish the kiosk removal and replace all concrete with matching material in roughly 10 working days starting March 9, 2026.
