401 W MAIN ST encroachment curb cut for sidewalk closure and kiosk base removal

Outfront Media, LLC (applicant Sara Galvin) will temporarily close the north sidewalk at 401 W Main St to remove an unused kiosk concrete base and replace it with brick pavers, so you may spot a short patch of fresh brick where the old kiosk once sat. The site is owned by Schneider Riverfront LLC; crews will make a small 2' x 4' cut and work between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., roughly scheduled March 9–27, 2026, and the downtown team estimates all three kiosk removals can be wrapped up in about 10 working days depending on weather.
