440 W MARKET ST Encroachment Permit issued for meter parking

Missy Deddens of E&E Mechanical, Inc. has been issued an encroachment permit to park two construction vehicles for work at 440 W Market St. The permit lets those trucks use reserved/bagged meters on the 200 Block of South 5th Street, and the parking is scheduled from February 24 to March 6, 2026. The property owner is Derby City Lofts LLC, so if you spot a couple of work trucks by the bagged meters, now you know why.
