9603 Cochise Way Encroachment Permit for fiber optic placement by Crown Castle

Team Fishel on behalf of Crown Castle is installing fiber along Cochise Way between Yuma Way and Broken Bow Drive, with work adjacent to 9603 Cochise Way (owner: Davis Terescita M). Plans call for about 1,437 ft of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber — including roughly 387 ft in this segment and two 24"x36"x24" handholes — mostly placed in the shoulder/sidewalk, with temporary lane and sidewalk closures and three small 4'x4' street cuts for test potholes; the work is scheduled for 03/30/2026–04/12/2026.
