9616 Inca Dr encroachment permit issued for fiber optic placement

Crown Castle, with contractor Team Fishel, will install fiber at 9616 Inca Dr for owner Yaden Steven B, placing about 1,437 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct (roughly 700 feet via directional bore) and two 24" x 36" x 24" handholes along Inca Drive between Johnsontown Road and Yuma Way. The work stays mostly outside the pavement in the shoulder and sidewalk but will involve some excavation and temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures, with crews scheduled March 30–April 12, 2026.
