9701 Lower River Rd issued encroachment permit for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel on behalf of Crown Castle is installing fiber along Johnsontown Road by 9701 Lower River Rd, placing about 1,440 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct (including a short ±40-foot segment) and two 24"×36"×24" handholes using directional boring in the shoulder/sidewalk. The work is scheduled March 23–April 5, 2026 and will require temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures; the property owner is Beaven Aaron T and Team Fishel/Crown Castle are the listed contacts if neighbors have questions.
