Team Fishel, working for Crown Castle, has an encroachment permit to place fiber optic ducting at 9801 Lower River Rd (owner: 6253 LLC), running between Sun Valley Drive and Johnsontown Road. Crews will directionally bore outside the pavement in the shoulder/sidewalk to install about 750 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct (about 1,440 feet shown on plans) and two 24" x 36" x 24" handholes, with temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures planned from March 23 to April 5, 2026.
