9808 Valley Fair Way Encroachment Permit Issued for Fiber Optic Placement

Team Fishel, working for Crown Castle, will be installing fiber along Sun Valley Drive between Valley Fair Way and Lower River Road adjacent to 9808 Valley Fair Way (owned by Robert Leroy McLean Jr. and Renee M. McLean). The crew will directional-bore and place about 1,440 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber — including roughly a 300-foot segment — and install two 24×36×24-inch handholes, with temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures expected from 3/23/2026 to 4/5/2026.
