2514 Windsor Forest Dr encroachment permit issued for gas leak repair

Louisville Gas and Electric has an encroachment permit to close the westbound curb lane on Windsor Forest Drive between Timber Hills Drive and Mountain Brook Drive to perform a 3' x 5' dirt cut and repair a gas leak near 2514 Windsor Forest Dr. The property owners are Phillip J. and Theresa A. Mahoney, the work is scheduled March 2–30, 2026, and the excavation will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy when the repair is finished. Expect a small hole, some cones and a short westbound lane closure rather than a full road shutdown.
