1 Settlers Trace Rd encroachment permit: LGE to close westbound curb lane

Louisville Gas & Electric Company will close the westbound curb lane on Settlers Trace Road between Bardstown Road and the dead end to replace three utility poles at 1 Settlers Trace Road, with work scheduled April 1–29, 2026. Owner Kimberly T. Criscoe is listed for the property, and LGE applicant Derek Wilkins (project engineer Matt Tingle) says the areas around the poles will be restored under LMPW’s restoration policy and that line transfers and pole removals will be coordinated through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS), so expect some short-term lane shifting while crews are working.
