9618 Inca Dr applied for Encroachment Permit for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, will be placing about 1,437 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber and two 24"x36"x24" handholes in the area around 9618 Inca Dr; the property is owned by Lovo James Keith. Work scheduled March 30–April 12, 2026 will use mostly directional boring in shoulder/sidewalk areas but includes a roughly 47-foot open-cut on Johnsontown Rd, four small 4'x4' street cuts and a few test potholes when crossing Yuma Way and Cochise Ct., so expect temporary lane, shoulder and sidewalk closures and city-approved restoration afterward.
