8701 ZABEL WAY: Encroachment permit issued for pole work and curb lane closure

Louisville Gas & Electric Company will be replacing five utility poles and closing the westbound curb lane on Zabel Way between Roman Drive and Stout Boulevard, affecting 8701 Zabel Way — think a short-term lane squeeze rather than a full road shut down.
