1500 Arcade Ave 1 Encroachment Permit Issued for Westbound Curb Lane Closure

Louisville Gas and Electric will close the westbound curb lane near 1500 Arcade Ave 1 to replace a utility pole on Utah Ave between Oleanda Ave and Arcade Ave. The encroachment permit (property owned by PSG Vesta Derby Oaks LLC) covers work from March 2–30, 2026 for pole replacement, line transfer and pole removal notifications through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS), with restorations handled under Louisville Metro Public Works’ utility restoration policy.
