404 S 5th St encroachment permit for kiosk removal and sidewalk repair
Outfront Media, LLC (for TARC) plans to close the southbound curb lane and the west sidewalk on S. 5th Street to remove an unused kiosk concrete base and replace it with matching concrete at 404 S. 5th Street. Coordinated with Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government, the work between W. Liberty Street and W. Muhammad Ali Blvd. is scheduled 9 a.m.–4 p.m. and is expected to take about 10 working days (March 9–20, 2026), weather permitting.
