4818 Graston Ave Encroachment Permit Issued for LGE work

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will be closing the southbound curb lane on Graston Avenue between Briargate Street and Dexter Street to replace one utility pole at 4818 Graston Ave; the property is owned by Rosillo Jose A Hidalgo. The work runs Feb. 20–Mar. 20, 2026, the area around the pole will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy, line transfer and pole removal notices will be handled through NJUNS, and there’s an outstanding $260 fee on the permit.
