1418 Cypress Street Encroachment Permit issued for emergency water main repair

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) reports an emergency water-main repair is complete at 1418 Cypress St — crews fixed a break between Wilson Ave and W. Burnett Ave and made one 5x5 pavement cut to reach the line. Restoration will follow the LMPW utility policy, all utility markings will be removed, and a restoration plan is attached; the work was scheduled from Feb. 13 to Mar. 13, 2026, and the property is owned by Covenant Investments LLC.
