1450 S 15TH ST encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure and asphalt cut
Louisville Gas & Electric is applying for an encroachment permit to close the southbound curb lane at 1450 South 15th Street so crews can perform a tiny 1' x 1' asphalt cut for anode testing. The property is owned by SAHC Holdings LLC, the work is scheduled Feb. 26–Mar. 26, 2026, the cut will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy, and this is a continuation of a prior permit that hasn’t yet started.
