9811 VALLEY FAIR WAY submitted for Encroachment Permit for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, is installing fiber-optic infrastructure for the property at 9811 Valley Fair Way, owned by Stuart Ronnie E. & Mary J. They’ll directional-bore roughly 1,440 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber and set two 24" x 36" x 24" handholes, working in the shoulder and sidewalk areas so the pavement itself stays untouched. Expect temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures (no full road closures) during the scheduled work March 23–April 5, 2026, and a restoration plan has been submitted to put things back in order.
