3005 Bon Air Ave Encroachment Permit issued for driveway widening

Daniel Santos has an encroachment permit to widen the existing driveway at 3005 Bon Air Ave for the Frebet Marie Therese Estate. The issued permit allows a curb cut with the driveway limited to 20 feet in the public right-of-way (25 feet inside the property), requires a hard, durable surface—brick/pavers were noted—and calls for the gravel parking pad to be removed; work is scheduled to start 02/12/2026.
