7401 Trade Port Dr applied for encroachment permit for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, is installing about 2,722 feet of new 2‑inch HDPE duct with fiber and three 24"x36"x24" handholes along Trade Port Dr. at 7401 Trade Port Dr. (between Greenbelt Hwy and Freeport Dr.) on property owned by Trade Port Partners LLC. The work is a directional bore outside the pavement in the shoulder/sidewalk area, scheduled for March 16–29, 2026, and will involve temporary shoulder/sidewalk and lane closures with some excavation — contact Mark Seevers at Team Fishel or Jon Tarnowski at Crown Castle for more info.
