3211 HALE AVE encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure and asphalt cut
Louisville Gas and Electric plans to temporarily close the westbound curb lane on Hale Avenue to perform a single 1' x 1' asphalt cut for anode testing at 3211 Hale Ave. The property is owned by Harbin Properties LLC; the work is scheduled for Feb. 26–Mar. 26, 2026, will be restored under Louisville Metro Public Works’ utility restoration policy, and is a continuation of an earlier permit — work hasn’t started yet.
