1237 S 11th St encroachment permit issued for LGE gas work
Louisville Gas and Electric, via applicant Kaitlyn Downs, plans to close the northbound curb lane on S 11th St to perform a tiny 1' x 1' asphalt cut for anode testing at 1237 S 11th St. The cut will be restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy, the property is owned by Nadia Realty LLC, and the work is scheduled between Feb. 26 and Mar. 26, 2026 as a continuation of an earlier permit — work has not yet started.
